"No Response from Support After 2 Weeks"
I reached out to their support team around 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a reply. The animated GIFs I upload for display only play about half of the loop, making them look pretty silly. When I first load the GIFs into the app, they appear fine, but afterward, they look awful on the display. I also ran into trouble saving their pre-made graphics, and nobody has gotten back to me about that either. Honestly, for the price, I'm really let down.

I couldn't be more pleased with Twinkly. I've got a bunch of their products, and recently I needed a new bulb for my festoon lights. The customer support I got was probably the best I've ever encountered. Since Twinkly items are mappable, each festoon bulb is programmed to work just right. I received several clear and prompt messages from their customer service team, who provided me with detailed instructions on what info I needed to share to find the right bulb. As a nice touch, they sent the bulb my way, and I only had to cover the postage. The package was shipped via UPS and arrived within two days of being sent out. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service I got, and I wouldn't think twice about buying Twinkly products again. This whole experience was smooth sailing and truly customer service at a whole new level.

"No Connector? No Worries!"
We ordered a pack of 40 Festoon bulbs, but it turned out we were short the right connector. After reaching out to Twinkly and chatting with their customer service, they promptly sent the correct connector our way. The communication took a bit longer than expected, but I get it—they're based in Italy and I'm over here in the U.S. Honestly, they handled everything quite well, so I can deal with a little delay due to time zones. Working with them was a real pleasure. Plus, we got a surprise bonus bundle of replacement bulb covers, which was a nice touch!

"Reaching Out to Twinkly on December 14th..."
On December 14, 2022, I reached out to Twinkly to see how I could snag some extra clips for the Twinkly Squares since I had a mishap and quite a few clips ended up broken. It took a bit for the Twinkly Satisfaction Team to track down a supplier in my country and sort out the shipping costs. I was super pleased when the clips showed up even before I had settled the payment. Twinkly kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, and I really can't complain about the service I got.

"Encountered a problem with the 600ct lights..."
I ran into a problem with the 600ct lights not shining as brightly as the 400ct ones. The customer service team was great at breaking down the technical reasons behind it and offered to switch the 400 for the 600 to make up for the hassle. They were super quick to respond, even sending out the replacement within the same week. Overall, I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

I've faced problems with their latest Festoon lights for two consecutive years due to water seeping in. The first time, the store swapped them out. The second year, it was past the retailer's warranty, but Twinkly's customer service worked with me to figure out what was wrong. They’re sending replacements and recognized the main issue, plus they included upgraded red gasket rings! They’ve never disappointed me yet!
